Talent Partner
Iterate matches talent with AI companies all over the world. For this, we organize world-class hackathons, bringing together top-tier engineering talent and leading AI companies (like Anthropic, DeepMind, Mistral…). We also scout talent everwhere we can find it. We're looking for people to own hiring missions end-to-end: given a job description, send qualified profiles every day until the hire happens.
Role & Responsibilities
You identify the rare people and match them to the right AI company. In practice:
- Understand a job description and how it relates to profiles we can find in our database, on LinkedIn, or other sources: Github, X, etc.
- Send convincing messages, setup sales pipeline to maximize quantity of reach, quality of reach, and call-booking rate.
- Jump on a call with talent, create a trust relationship, understand what they're looking for, whether they indeed match to this offer.
- Build relationships over time, so people come to you when they're looking to move.
Who You Are
- Proactive and smart: You take initiatives and go beyond your strict missions.
- Prior experience: anything in Recruiting, VC, Sales, GTM are highly appreciated.
- Languages: French and English are necesary and used day-to-day.
- Location: you must be based in Paris or San Francisco.
