Iterate matches talent with AI companies all over the world. For this, we organize world-class hackathons, bringing together top-tier engineering talent and leading AI companies (like Anthropic, DeepMind, Mistral…). We also scout talent everywhere we can find it. We're looking for people who have the motivation to go all-in on a skill (hiring, content, ops, tech...). We'll give a lot to help you excel at it.
This role isn't tied to one function. You'll be doing whatever lies here: what you like ∩ what you're good at.
Role & Responsibilities
Your missions depend, again, on what you enjoy. Some examples:
- Help run hackathons, from finding sponsors and judges to handling logistics on the day.
- Find candidates for the companies we recruit for and reach out to them.
- Grow our community through posts, outreach and partnerships with other communities.
- Investigate our agents, our tech platform, deploy improvements and fixes.
Who You Are
- Proactive and smart: You take initiatives and go beyond your strict missions.
- Prior experience: anything you've built on your own (a project, a club, an event, a side business) is highly appreciated. Even more if it made any amount of money.
- Languages: French and English are necessary and used day-to-day.
- Location: you must be based in Paris or San Francisco.
